I've dealt with Fellers for many years with only a few problems, that were easily resolved. I am having a shipping issue. It's been almost a week since I ordered products that usually show up the next day. Customer service was rude and didn't even want to look into it. I was told tracking shows it was out for delivery. It has been out for delivery since last week. I had to call Fedex. I had to call and reorder, once Fedex confirmed the problem. I still don't know if I am getting product or when. Sadly not the company that used to be it's not just about price because everybody has gone up on price but customer service has gone way down
Great company, great people, best selection, fast shipping and convenient local distribution locations. I just wish they'd answer their phones quicker...
