We just purchased a new propane bobtail from John @ Felker Truck and had a great experience. Even with the truck shortage, we felt John kept us informed and provided a reasonable timeframe we could count on. Plus, Felker Truck gave us industry leading options and ensured every need was met. Account and Sales Manager John Martins was absolutely terrible when speaking with on the phone. John instead of being calm and logical to fix issues relating to the current pandemic likes to yell and scream on the phone like a child.John excels in threatening remarks and his inability to listen. Which is hilarious given the fact that John looks to be upwards of the age of 50-60 years old.
