I called recently to schedule an appointment for my son and was told the next available slot was in August. When I responded with “I guess,” the representative reacted abruptly, accused me of being unprofessional, and ended the call unexpectedly. I found this interaction unhelpful and discouraging, especially when trying to arrange care for my son. I believe your team would benefit from additional customer service training to handle such situations with more patience and professionalism. Thank you
