I had a manicure and French polish today for the second time at Feli Dama and I am SO pleased with the result. All of the ladies are very friendly, helpful and professional. They have a huge range of colours and all of the ladies are very proficient. Each manicure table has 2 nail dryers for gel and acrylic nails, it’s so much easier and convenient and takes less time! I am looking forward to returning soon for my spa pedicure. I highly recommend this nail salon!
Horrible and undertrained staff. I wouldn’t be posting this if I didn’t have the worst experience. I had to politely continue to remind them of the mistakes, and was very rudely responded to such as a comment saying “just let me do my job” which my friend and I found extremely rude. One of the ladies also kept rolling her eyes at me and pulling faces which both myself and my friend picked up on.
