I phoned Felix and Sage this morning to make an appointment with my regular psychologist. I didn’t ask for an appointment today, but I was offered a 10am appointment and decided to take it. I arrived on time and waited for 10min. I was told the psychologist hadn’t arrived yet and they were unable to contact her. I decided to wait a few more minutes. Amanda Haywood was lovely. Coming from lots of issues, it took me a while to open up and then last session with her, she said Thank you for finally opening up and sharing, we need to work in that and so hang in there until the next session. With lots of hope and relief I left and then I received a call from the receptionist that she is no longer working for them. Are these five 5 star reviews for real. I tried to help my 19 year old son who is considered an adult by the system. We as parents can clearly see he has psychological issues. It is not rocket science for parents to ascertain their child is behaving irationally.Tried to explain to the people at this establishment but they threw the book at me informing me about "privacy and confidentiality".
