Great admin team and psychologists. Incredibly professional
Absolutely ridiculous. I waited on the psychologist waiting list for weeks, only to receive an email saying the psychologist had reduced his hours and I would no longer be able to see him. After all that waiting, I have nothing to show for it. Thankfully, I’m not currently in a mental health crisis, but many people seeking support aren’t so fortunate. I phoned Felix and Sage this morning to make an appointment with my regular psychologist. I didn’t ask for an appointment today, but I was offered a 10am appointment and decided to take it. I arrived on time and waited for 10min. I was told the psychologist hadn’t arrived yet and they were unable to contact her. I decided to wait a few more minutes. Amanda Haywood was lovely. Coming from lots of issues, it took me a while to open up and then last session with her, she said Thank you for finally opening up and sharing, we need to work in that and so hang in there until the next session. With lots of hope and relief I left and then I received a call from the receptionist that she is no longer working for them.
