The food is seasoned to perfection you will not even need to add salt or pepper, the catfish is breaded just right light & crispy, the greens fist hit you with a tast of sweet, then tangy, then light heat & spice. The mac & cheese, the cabbage, the cornbread and oh the Ribs!!!!! The dry rub on the ribs should marketed and sold in stores, ohhhhhhh!
Felix Soulfood makes me feel like I never left home. If you want a taste of home Felix is the place you need to be!
My BF and I just tried it yesterday and I was not only impressed by our server(forgot his name), we were also impressed by how good the food was. We even ordered Alabama chicken to go. I had the tri-tip and my BF and daughter had ribs. Driving 50 mins was well worth it..

Best catfish! large portions, fabulous starters like fried green tomatoes, wonderful sides: greens, hoppin John, black eyed peas, mac n cheese, candied yams, baked beans with bacon, corn bread muffins, these are just a few of my favorites. stop by and enjoy 💗
