The sweet potato pancakes are "Slap yo mama" good!!!
The portions are huge. The food is fresh. The prices are moderate but reasonable. We've been here several times and love it!!!
Daniel took care of us for sure. We really enjoy the cornbread and it's worth the trip!
For now I can't say much about it cuz it's first time trying. But it tastes good. I had catfish and 2 sides of greens and mac.� next time I'll try different kind.
I first heard about this place from halfway around the world and finally had a chance to try it out in late-June. The pork ribs were very good and the fried catfish was to die for! The catfish breading was very light, crisp and well-flavored--definitely not the typical gritty, ho-hum cornmeal variety; the fish filets were also nicely marinated. I will definitely revisit this place next time I have a chance!
