this company should be closed up, had a driveway done 2008 after 6 months had all these pop outs they did not honor their warranty they did not return my calls always had an excuse now 2 and a half years later they tell me their not responsible because they have new owners ,also the office manager nancy. you cant trust her or the company they are all liers .

Lousy work. Salesman/owner ? 'Martin' LIED-sold job by saying the company would accept Credit card. Also agreement on sidewalk and stoop. When in middle of work,they said they couldn't make walk as agreed. Denied agreement. Argued with city inspector in front yard. Indspector said they were wrong and using a differant citys specs.Told me I had to take as is,and couldn't change. Felix Landscaping & Concrete did work at our home in May - July, 2008. The workmanship of a bluestone patio has not held up as promised - all uneven, spreading out, etc. They planted several expensive junipers - two Juniper Keteleeris looked bad when planted and died before the 1 yr. guarantee for replacement. We also have other Techny Arbovitaes that are dead or dying . his company has been notified by phone on numerous times of the problems and guarantee. Jessie and Jim are absolutely right. I hada driveway poured in May 2008. In April 2009 I contacted them because the driveway hadpop outs all over the place, the concrete is discolored, there are straight line indentations in some of the sections. They came out once, sent me an insurance form to sign. Now all my telephone calls and emails go unanswered. Bad, bad, bad company. No follow up. Very disgusted.

Horrible job and followup, Over 14K in concrete work and driveway is pitted, crumbling and sidewalk, stairs cracking. NO follow-up with owner, Felix does a great disappearing act. Currently have complaints in with village code enforcement, Better BusBureau and IL attorney generals office. This company needs supervision!

I had a driveway installed by this company. First of all the workers were hard to communicate with as they did not speak english much. My driveway is 9 months old and it looks like my neighbors driveway that is 20+ years old. Its pitted all over. Nobody has yet to come out. I guess paying for the cheapest company really doesnt work. You get what you pay for. Bad
