I made an appointment for a live scan. When I showed up, nobody was there. I waited outside for over twenty minutes while I called and texted their number with no response. Eventually, someone called me back to say their machine was broken and they couldn't do my live scan. They didn't bother to cancel my appointment or tell me. Ese señor no tiene la paciencia ni experiencia con casos de inmigración se pierde en el trámite y no tiene tiempo para atenderte bien,no investiga antes ni te pregunta , y además que tiene un mal carácter ,mucho ojo no hagan trámites con personas que solo lo hacen por el dinero y no por ayudar a las personas , No lo recomiendo de verdad.
