I attempted to resolve this issue with him, and when I called he would not let me speak after I gave him the initial information, whereby he stated he had "no idea what I was talking about" and then for 3 minutes straight kept repeating "Don't be screaming at me" nonstop, when I was not screaming and was merely asking him to let me speak. Horrible DONT EVER GO HERE. They say the open at 10 but consistently don't open until much later even if you have an appointment. Additionally the prices online are much cheaper then what they actually charge. Save time and go to an actual good place.
I made an appointment for a live scan. When I showed up, nobody was there. I waited outside for over twenty minutes while I called and texted their number with no response. Eventually, someone called me back to say their machine was broken and they couldn't do my live scan. They didn't bother to cancel my appointment or tell me. I drove there for no reason and was spoken to in a rude tone on the phone, telling me there are other places that do live scan nearby and to "Google it" and basically figure it out.
