Wayne was wonderful . He checked everything out. We went out to see if it was the circut breaker. And son of a gun that was the problem, it was turned off! Wayne deserves the 5 stars. But I would give him a 10. Lynn vine
Michael has been our service tech since 2021. He’s repaired our washer in 2023 which was only 5 years old but washing 8-10 loads a week! It continues to meet our demands! We look forward to having Michael out to do our twice a year maintenance! He is thorough and explains in detail any questions or concerns you may have!
My phone call was answered right away. Other companies I called only had voicemail, some never called back. I got an appointment a couple days out, no long waiting. Right away Wayne found the loud vibration noise on our fridge that has frustrated us for 2 years. It is now so quiet & peaceful. I have my sanity back :). I highly recommend this company.
