First Dr.Sosa is good doctor but with the staff make horrible I call for refill more the 3 days they never send and now that happen every month you call and said I get doctor message and never send the prescription and them said I'm sorry and is the same for urinary test when is important for you help and not get kidney infection. IS about (health)they need change and tryno ignoring the call after 3:30 pm this happen all the time no only today I wish can do something for help the patient
Amber the red head and Amber the blond hair unprofessional dental assistant/ office manager are the must disrespectful humans I’ve ever met. Dr does not care who he hired this place runs through staff every 3 months I’m beyond sick of this place
Dr Sosa is amazing as is his wife However there office lady Michelle is by far the most rude condescending woman I've ever had to talk too. No willing to work with patients even though they have been at the practice for 4 plus years Horrible attitude from the start of conversation If you want honesty if she answers the phone id recommend waiting and calling back another time absolutely horrible service
