Dr. Gen is a very competent orthodontist. However, scheduling appointments is very difficult. There are no evening hours at all, and the staff is working between two offices, so available slots in the time frame you are looking for and at the office you want are limited. If you are a working parent, you will have to take time off from work, and take your child out of school. Getting an urgent appointment is even harder.
Excellent experience!! Took my 6 year old for thexample first tim . Everyone from the front desk to the staff was incredibly helpful and kind!! Beautiful office too ??
