Felipe worked extremely hard on this deal from start to finish. At one point, the deal was almost dead and the words “mutual release” were even being mentioned — but he never gave up. He kept the peace between all parties, worked tirelessly with the lender, stayed calm under pressure, and pushed everything across the finish line.
