I had a 10;50 appt on 2/13:26 with Dr Navas in New Braunfels. I arrived at my appt at 10:20. I was taken to the back at 11:15 by Tech who did not introduce herself nor was she wearing a name tag. I asked her to close the door so I could see the vision board as hallway lights were a distraction. Eyes dilated. I sat in the dark room till 1:12. I saw Dr. Navas for 7 minutes. I had concerns but Dr Navas was redirecting my concerns to my Opthalmologist. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns. He quickly said come back ... read more
Waiting to see doctor for more than 2hrs so pack your patience and snacks
Dr. Nava may be a decent retina specialist, but in no way should a patient wait over 2 hours to be seen, even with dilation of the eyes. This office is a typical overbooker in assigning patients. Be aware!!!
