Waiting to see doctor for more than 2hrs so pack your patience and snacks
Dr. Nava may be a decent retina specialist, but in no way should a patient wait over 2 hours to be seen, even with dilation of the eyes. This office is a typical overbooker in assigning patients. Be aware!!!
Very poor service
Horrible patient and customer experience. Over book; fill up two waiting rooms. A medicare billing mill. Have older folks sitting around for hours!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Navas for a couple of years. He is very thorough and professional - Yes, there is a long wait time - but for the care if your vision waiting is not an issue. Never seen the waiting room dirty - Crowded, Yes. If there are that many patients waiting should tell you something. Thank you Dr. Navas for your care, we have a ways to go but patients is a virtue.
