My sister walked in this salon with hair down to her hips. She only asked for long layers and came out with choppy hair touching her shoulders. She has the thickest and longest hair I've ever seen so it doesn't make sense why it only took max ten minutes to cut her hair. Very rushed and bad technique. She left the salon crying and yet the owner still had the audacity to ask for a tip
