I am sorry that one individual reported such a negative review of Dr. Young and her services. Dr. Young has been treating four of our cats for several years and is very knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and caring. Her staff is supportive of all our needs and I could not more heartily recommend her, having experience with several other vets over the years,

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Not Really Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair

We will never return. We have lost my faith in Diane's care because she misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was her fault my pet got worse. Diane Young misdiagnosed and proceeded inappropriately. My beautiful cat is dying because of her lack of knowledge. We went there specifically because she was feline only care. other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. She has been unempathetic.
