RecommendedFor cats only. You feel like you’re in the private home of someone who’s crazy about cats. The entire staff is exceptional and the vet exam by Dr. Jessman couldn’t have been performed any gentler and mindful of the needs of cats. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The staff is professional and caring. Worth the long drive to get too care for my kitties.
Had my cat there at 8am as instructed after not feeding her all night. At 3pm they called me to let me know they were just starting her procedure but she would have to stay overnight for observation of post surgical status. Apparently the surgery before her ram longer than anticipated. That is not my problem or why my cat should've had to wait all day for nothing....Very poor service...
Love this place. I bring Baxter all the time. They are all kind and caring place. Thank you for all you do~~~
most dedicated and loving care to my lucky and Lassie and now my caesar and Daisy. I consider them family. when I leave for appts, I tell them we are going to see there auntie's
Dr Turnes is awesome. She truly loves cats and their owners. I always get a hug when I go there. I have been going there for over twenty years and would never take my girls anywhere else
They have a great staff, who are friendly, and always gentile with our old girl.
this will be the ONLY place I would bring a furbaby too. after we adopted Charlotte in November, we brought her initially to another vet ( while we were waiting to get into the feline hospital) who had misdiagnosed a tumor, thinking it was an abscess. the vets at Feline Hospital spent an hour examining Charlotte and to only find out she had metastatic cancer. My experience with the Feline Hospital in Salem has been fantastic. They're compassionate and entirely devoted to the care of cats. my parents have been bringing their cat there for like 17 years. Dr. Jesseman and Dr. Ternes are absolutely wonderful and thorough. I can't say enough good things about them, they're very kind, compassionate, and they give it to you straight, they don't sugar coat things. I really appreciate their direct and honest approach. Wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else!
