My cat went missing in 2023, Jo found my cat and required he be neutered. She said there was a clinic she could bring him to and implied it would be free. After, she requested 480$ for medical care and $20 a day for his boarding. Once I told her to hold the neuter because I couldn't pay that amount (she implied the neutering would be free) she never talked to me again, and unsent the pictures she sent me of my cat. I followed the instructions on the website and in the email and had no problems. Made an appointment, when we got there another person was getting their fur baby so it was extra awesome. I appreciated the all white haired lady giving me directions on which cat would match our home best because we want the best fit. Our last choice (we looked at the website ahead of time) became our ONLY choice because we listened to the ladies who, ya know, live to take care of the cats.
