Same doctor visits Plano and Dallas locations. Very disappointed with this doctor. Her personal vaccination policy was never explained by staff, so after waiting three weeks, our child’s appointment for a tongue tie procedure was denied last minute in the office visit. The doctor seemed unsure about handling even basic tongue tie operations. Office fees are high, with unexpected charges. Despite positive online reviews, I would not recommend her for children’s care.
My daughter received the best care at the Plano location the staff doctor's and nurses are amazing! You can tell they really care about the kids they treat and that is refreshing! If you have the option to come to children's hospital in Plano I highly recommend it
Everyone from the care team to nurses to the surgeon was very thorough with me about my daughter's procedure and were super helpful and sweet
