This was my first dental implant and I was anxious but Dr Sung was great about taking his time, listening to me if I said I was uncomfortable and taking breaks when I needed to. The office staff is also wonderful.
I have been going to this office for years and it just recently switched ownership. Dare I say Dr. Sung is my new favourite dentist? He is extremely kind, gentle & obviously cares deeply about his patients. I’ve seen him now for a cleaning and a crown and both visits exceeded my expectations. I admit, initially I was hesitant because Dr Lucy (previous owner) was the first dentist I trusted in overcoming my extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Sung did a great job and kept me calm through the process of getting 2 crown done.
Practice was sold after my appointment was scheduled and no one informed me that the new owners were not accepting my insurance. My last appointment was a deep cleaning that was to be scheduled over 2-3 sessions. Instead they rushed through it in 1 session and when I tried to schedule the recommended follow up the receptionist yelled to the hygienist "You didnt tell her??" Then told me the practice had been sold and they had "honored" my appointment because it was on the books but they no longer took my insurance. Basically ... read more
