Disappointed with my experience. I don't recall her name but she made me feel uncomfortable. I would assume you want to gain customers. I usually get my nails done in Ontario but moving to Lake Elsinore and working in Temecula I wanted to find something closer. Asking a paying client why they went there for nails in a passive aggressive manner is unacceptable and uncomfortable. Followed by multiple questions that didn't make my time there satisfying.
I never leave reviews, but I think this one deserves it. I went to get a pedicure less thank a week ; at the time, I didn't pay much attention to the service, but when I got home and looked closely at the details, honestly, it wasn't even 80% well done. I didn't make a big deal of it at first, but as I started wearing my tennis shoes, I noticed all the polish began to chip off—and it hasn't even been a week since the service. This is the first and last time I’ll be back, sorry. It looks like my 5-year-old did my pedicure.
A friend that is a regular at the shop made appts for both of us in the afternoon. Seemed like it was a great time because it wasn't too busy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated at our stations. My tech was Tina. I have not had any kind of nail service done in a long while so she was patient and helpful. I just directed her to my friend for the answers🤣. I am happy with my color choice, length and shape of nails. I will definitely be back!
Never again dude. I asked for a the same pink as the stilettos but this is what I got. Also, look at the bottoms of my nails. I got these done YESTERDAY and they look like hammered shit. And they look like they're been growing put but again, I got them done YESTERDAY. Avoid this place.
Great service very relaxing all the girls are great also Anna doing my pedicure was very attentive I will come back definitely
