Don’t come here in a rush. I made an appointment for 11… waited 30 minutes to make it to the chair then another 40 in the chair before anyone came to start the actual service. I’ll update when someone actually makes it to my chair.
I have had a few bad pedicures in my life, but this one was the absolute worst. I wish I knew how to post the picture of my feet that I took right after I left because it truly speaks for itself. Based on the quality of work, I really don’t believe the woman who worked on me was a licensed nail tech. My toe nails were not filed, the cuticles weren’t cut & she didn’t use the tool to go in around the nail bed to clean out the dead skin. This was a very disappointing experience. I asked for corrections to be made during the service and the woman tried but the photos were the end result. I had to ask for them to be removed because they were so bad. It was a simple French manicure and the results were bubbly, streaked, uneven and didn’t cover my full nail. I’ve asked for a refund but the owner has not been responsive. Edit: Despite the owner commenting below that she would like to find a fair resolution, she refused to issue a refund.
My new fav place to go!! Always friendly & do such a great job everytime :-) Highly recommend!!
So friendly. Nice ce to be waited on with the extras other nail salons don’t offer.
