Gave the place a second chance because the first time my gel fell right off after 2 days and right now I was doing simple laundry and an acrylic already fell off on its own slipped right off and these took like 3 hours :( I give up going back to my nail place across town here I wouldn’t recommend but everyone is very friendly
Came in today as a walk in at 9am. Asked for full set gel x and pedicure. Was so disappointed. Asked for French tip got an extra charge. Got gel polish got an extra charge. Had a nice lady doing my manicure but the pedicure came out horrible. Didn’t square my toes. There not even and the applied polish looks horrible. At payment I got charged WAY OVER what I’d pay at any other salon and no one even told me. I expressed how I feel and they refused to even DISCOUNT the service or even fix the issue. Temecula Nail bar is clean, they offer refreshment drinks and the management there is great! Kathy is the sweetest. The women are always accommodating to my schedule. I was referred here and now have been getting my nails done by Tina for months and I have been very happy. She does an amazing job. I am very picky and my French nails are always perfect. I am genuinely appalled. My regular girl Tina is the only one there who can do nails. She was not available. The technician that did a fill took and hour and 15 mins with no polish not shaped crooked some shorter/longer/sharper. She insisted she'd finish before I had to go to work. They claim they would rectify. I had to return on my son's birthday 2 days later at night as we are going out of town. The owner said she'd do it and would not allow Tina. I’ve tried many nail salons in the area, but Temecula Nail Bar really stands out. The service is fast but never rushed—everything is done carefully. There are so many color options, and the nail designs are trendy and stylish. Definitely worth the money!
