Worst place ever. They make you jump through tons of hoops including a pre-assessment, an assessment by a psychiatrist, and hours of making phone calls, just to get someone to talk to you. Only to be told that they cannot help you. All I needed was a new psychiatrist to be able to prescribe me my current medication, Klonopin which I take for extreme anxiety and panic attacks, and a therapist. I'm not an employee but a parent who was receiving services for my 3 year old daughter. The therapist who is assigned to work with my daughter is very inconsistent, unprepared and overall unprofessional . The therapist constantly changes our appointment sessions at the last minute and give ane excuse on my why we cannot reschedule for another day throughout the week.
