Lack of communication and unprofessional
Me and my sister have been her customers for a while now, she never disappoints! It's been 6 months and my hair doesn't even look that aged yet! Plus I got a lot of compliments from my friends.(p.s, make sure to brush your hair before going to her, she brushes hair well, but it hurts🥲)
Ms.felicia always get me in short period of time and she very fast and friendly and doesn’t pull on edges
Rude and does not respond quickly. Poor quality braiding, and very very rough. We all know it hurts, but it's like they want it to hurt more. And she OVER CHARGES!!! $$$
