Felicia is a substantive fast and efficient realtor. I sell a lot of houses because I buy across the country from banks; I use a lot of Realtors every year and she is definitely top 1%. If you find her, you've found a gem. She had my house cleaned fixed and listed in 3 days with an open house scheduled for the first weekend. You can't do better than that.
