Dr. Ferguson is the most amazing medical provider we have ever experienced. Not only is she compassionate, healing and caring, she has extended her help and concern to a degree that is beyond any expectation that we could have ever imagined.
I’ve been going from one neurologist to another only to find out how bad the treatment is, till I found Dr. Ferguson. She is the ONLY ONE who figured out why I started having seizures in the first place & I will recommend her to everyone & anyone who needs the same kind of a treatment!!!
I spent WEEKS (2 months?) following up on an URGENT referral for my wife, getting different reasons for it being denied each time. I finally spoke with a supervisor, Angela, explained the situation in great detail back on 10/15, and she was supposed to call me back the following week. She never called back. This entire office is a joke, each employee / receptionist might as well join the circus because they’re all clowns!! Will anyone there care if my wife dies? Apparently not!!
I have had many seizures that no other doctor has been able to diagnose other than syncope. I saw Dr. Ferguson and she found the reason why seizures are happening. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dismissive, negligent and contradictory. Often responds to messages without reading a single word that was said and when pressed, will give a quick off hand answer that includes false details "per the records" to dismiss requests. When specifically asking for help managing issues, such as specific side effects to medications, responses are generic and don't address history, what is being responded to and sometimes don't even mention the specific issue at hand.
