After reading her low reviews I feel that they speak to my exact experience. This woman was 15 minutes late and unaware that we had switched the appointment to telehealth a month prior to the appointment. I was currently having a seizure, from the moment she saw me, me and my husband could tell she had already made her assumptions about me. I absolutely do not tolerate dismissive disrespect, lack of communication, or willful and deliberate neglectful behavior in any situation. Especially not in a medical setting. When the (Dr) assigned to me shows up late, with a bad attitude and the wrong information things aren't going to go well for anyone. I started having an ongoing seizure in the car to the hospital (27+min) drive on the highway. I don't have rescue meds because it was thought my seizures are PNES. Dr. Ferguson is the most amazing medical provider we have ever experienced. Not only is she compassionate, healing and caring, she has extended her help and concern to a degree that is beyond any expectation that we could have ever imagined.
I’ve been going from one neurologist to another only to find out how bad the treatment is, till I found Dr. Ferguson. She is the ONLY ONE who figured out why I started having seizures in the first place & I will recommend her to everyone & anyone who needs the same kind of a treatment!!!
I spent WEEKS (2 months?) following up on an URGENT referral for my wife, getting different reasons for it being denied each time. I finally spoke with a supervisor, Angela, explained the situation in great detail back on 10/15, and she was supposed to call me back the following week. She never called back. This entire office is a joke, each employee / receptionist might as well join the circus because they’re all clowns!! Will anyone there care if my wife dies? Apparently not!!
