We contracted with Felgemacher to first inspect our chimney after a chimney fire in April 2025. The inspection and quote to install a chimney liner and reinstall our stove went well. We signed the contract to install and chimney liner and reinstall the stove per our town code enforcement officer. After a month of no contact, I called and was told they could start the project the following week on July 22nd. I had requested repairs to my chimney and paid my deposit in March of 2022 and was told that the work would be completed by they provided the weather was good. We have had the driest summer ever and after multiple phone calls it took them until August to finally come out to do the repairs. While the work was good, their ability to respond and keep commitments is extremely poor. This negatively impacted the sale of my home and I would not recommend this company.
