Kaylin was amazing helping me with 2 personalized bracelets. Absolutely wonderful experience.
The work performed on my wifes 2 rings was marvelous, my hats off to the goldsmith, he did a great job. The staff was extremely helpfully with assisting what we needed done on her 2 rings and kept us posted to when they were ready for pick up, they even polished my wifes 3rd ring as a courtesy.
Tommy was great and help me with my watch.
Got a bracelet from a friend that was too large for my wrist. Instead of sending it back-and-forth, I wouldn’t have to file teams to see if they would adjust it for me. I was willing to pay for the service but they did it for a charge. Much appreciated.
