Overall a great experience working with the whole Feldsteins team, every time I went in I left feeling like my questions were answered and my opinions were heard. One person who stood out to me was Mitch, he helped me look at different options for the engagement ring, took me through step by step designing it, he even had to deal with my terrible description of what I had in mind. Autumn and Kaylin took care of me. They were friendly and gracious. They took great care with the jewelry I brought in and checked for loose stones & the setting’s integrity. I enjoy stopping in to Feldstein’s. The quality of their products and concern and care of their employees is a beautiful experience!
Mitch was very helpful!!! He answered all of my questions, helped generate insightful ideas for the loose stones I have, and most importantly didn't overwhelm me with the vast options. He even helped clean my rings and inspected them! 10/10 reccomend Feldsteins!

Jessika was extremely helpful with my watch and made sure it was the perfect fit before I left. She also took the time to show me around the store and explain everything they have to offer. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
