Biggest joke in wash. Dirty nasty not find my file or glasses doctor had to exam again he smells. Say another two weeks for glasses. Say manager and other staff left and that is reason glasses are lost. Good for those people run fast from the dump. I will never be back. Welfare insurance should not be limited to seeing this nut case doctor. People need a choice. The staff needs a rude wake up call. Be nice to people clean your act up wash yourself. Learn your job
At appointment same staff as always friendly people then contacts were ready and no one had a clue all new people with no idea what to do. I will never be back .
What a zoo. Staff quit doctor taking calls doing all himself cant get contacts. Closed all different times no one returns calls glasses are wrong cant see insurance charged wrong
called tammy the office manager and told her i had to work and needed my son's glasses he was going home to his mother so she made arrangements to open on a Sunday so we could get the glasses while there i also picked 2 back up pair for my children because they have a school special for $25.00
when arrived at appointment they had young girl running the office she was clueless the lady in charge had left to do banking and phones were ringing people everywhere and the Dr was still at lunch. This girl will never be able to handle this busy office she could not get my insurance was not answering calls, kept telling people to come back later because she did not know whatever they were asking. WHEN VISITING FAMILY MY GLASSES WERE BROKEN AND THIS DR SAW ME SAME DAY AND I GOT CONTACTS THEN GLASSES WERE MAILED TO MY HOME THEY EVEN TOOK MY INSURANCE
the exam was very basic no wasteing your time on extra test you don't need no filling out paper after paper of medical questions and the coach frames were just what I was looking for
