Stay away. They got me! Took it to German auto works who went over the dealership notes and the receipt that I still had sitting on the passenger seat because the car broke down the day after picking it up from Feldmann. After taking a look, German auto works handed me pics of the parts that were supposed to have been replaced. That’s what I paid for right? none of the parts listed as being replaced were. I recently had the battery in my Mercedes-Benz GLS replaced, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The team at Mercedes-Benz delivered fast, luxurious, and top-quality service. I want to extend my gratitude to the management and customer service team for their professionalism. Shout out to Karissa Blumenthal who remained professional in this difficult situation in which her management left her with zero options to service this customer, you were the highlight of the visit. I brought my GLS550 in because the rear tires were wearing prematurely. The shop handed me a bill for over $900 for two tires because the alignment THAT THEY PERFORMED was off.
