Dr Feldman is rude un respectable will not let patients talk or ask questions.He does not want your input and let you know it. The office personnel are even worst than the doctor.
Dr. Feldman does not have to make his patients and their caregivers feel bad about bothering him. My sister and I have been told that we take good care of our mother by numerous Drs. Dr. Feldman made both my mom and my sister so nervous and feel so bad when they went when their GP told them to. I hope and pray the Dr. is never on the other end of a stethoscope and the way he seems to treat his staff. I’ve worked in the medical field for years and I’m ashamed. You don’t have to make things.
Horrible attitude after he gets your money or coverage approved. Be aware of leaving any loved one alone or without escort. Gets loud and nasty if you say anything he does not agree with on how your feeling when he ask patients. And refuse to address patients concerns.
Only one person is friendly and personable, it is not the doctor
Dr. Feldman has been my Ophthalmologist since 2005,where I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Everything you can think can go wrong with an eye with glaucoma, I've had it including cataracts. Dr. Feldman is really kind and knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful. They know me by face and name. I think I'm one of his youngest patients. Love, love, love Southern Eye Institute. I highly recommend them for all your eye disease needs.
I hope the reviews are ready concerning this doctor. My grandfather went in for operation and this doctor left the lense in his eye causing him severe pain not only that he advised my grandfather to take an overdosage of medication which caused diarrhea and other issues. When asked what happened this doctor had a horrible attitude! ! Very unprofessional and I do not recommend him to anyone!!
Rude staff, careless didn't dilate eyes then Dr got mad at staff for not dilating then staff member said they did dilate but they was covering their butt. Wait time is to long had appointment. At 9:00 then didn't go to back until 10:30 I will be having a change in drs.
