This dealership is lazy as hell. Each time i need small short help with my car, they always telling they cant do it. I always use Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai for that reason who always happy to help and get you in right away. Fox Ann Arbor is the best.
Got my car there yesterday for a scheduled recall Check/repair. I set up my appointment almost three weeks prior. When I set up the appointment, the lady said that it might take all day. When I got there for the SCHEDULED appointment, they said up to the next day afternoon. It's out family car and we had been coordinating with my in-laws for transport.
