2 weeks ago my A/C stopped working when it was very hot and humid on July 3rd, a holiday weekend. Nick came out within less than 3 hour of contacting them. The part was under warranty and it was replaced. They recommend a cleaning and check of the A/C Unit because it was 8!years old and had never been serviced. They scheduled an appointment on July 9th 2026 unfortunately they canceled due to emergency visits , however rescheduled an appointment free of charge. Titan is a great company with excellent employees. We have worked with them for three services, most recently getting a new hybrid hot water heater installed. It has always been easy and quick to get on the schedule and we have been able to depend on credible advice and input on how to approach a job from the sales team.
