Heat was not working on a cold morning. Called Titan (former Feldman) for assistance. Their technician came within an hour, gave advance info, arrived in a timely fashion, and was very professional. Turns out it wasn't serious issue and was resolved quickly. Nonetheless, it's nice to know that this type of service is still available.
We had a problem with our water heater. The Titan technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable! He explained everything thoroughly and gave us options to solve the problem. We highly recommend Titan Heating and Cooling!
