Last year it was a spring clean on 24 y/o A/C unit with capacitor out of range. Andrew was kind, courteous, and professional. He did not try to sell us on a full replacement but rather he recommended capacitor replacement to extend life of compressor. We rolled the dice on capacitor replacement, but the compressor eventually gave up the ghost. Feldman installed new AC unit for us at a reasonable price including a 10 year no cost Maintenace plan.
