Titan is a great company with excellent employees. We have worked with them for three services, most recently getting a new hybrid hot water heater installed. It has always been easy and quick to get on the schedule and we have been able to depend on credible advice and input on how to approach a job from the sales team. The installing team advised on a better placement of the water heater next to our furnace to allow better ingress/egress in our basement and the unit is also dehumidifying. As a new customer of Titan, I’m very pleased with the quality of their service. I was refreshingly surprised that I was able to get Sam, the lead technician, for a service call on the Sunday morning after the 4th of July without any hassle and to my front door 30-45 mins after my initial call. I was disappointed that a four year old central A/C unit already needed a new evaporator coil, but that’s not anyone’s fault (besides modern manufacturing and design, perhaps).
