Very good experience using Titan. Sam, my repair technician was skilled, friendly and could competently explain the diagnosis of the issue and the repair required.

Air conditioner stopped during the night. The next morning I called Titan and was immediately informed that a technician would arrive at my home within 4 hours; which he did! The tech was very professional, kept me informed of his repair progress and completely fixed the air conditioner within an hour. The cost was very reasonable. Sure am glad I had a long term business relationship with Titan.
