In January, 2026, Titan re-routed supply water and drain water for our clothes washer. It was a tricky job, but Kevin handled it with aplomb. We were very impressed by his knowledge, tidiness, friendliness, and willingness to respond to questions. He explained everything carefully and asked us about several choices to make sure we got what we wanter. I am very attentive to safety in our house and Kevin did this job RIGHT. I am very pleased. It’s always a pleasure to have Cody come do the maintenance on the furnace—friendly and professional, with excellent work and clear explanations. The cost today included two new filters, which needed changing
Sam is a nice young man. He was prompt, professional and able to answer our questions.
Again Tech Cody arrived today at 9:20 on Tuesday and I explained what was going on with our furnace and thermostat. He started on the furnace and serviced the whole system. He did show me that the fan motor has a little rough noise and said it was probably a bearing wearing out. Then we went upstairs to the thermostat and he noticed the crack in the frame where the batteries go and that could be part of the issue for furnace shutting down.
