Whoever is answering the phones at this office needs to be fired. I called to make an appointment and to make sure my insurance was accepted. The woman who answered didn’t know if my insurance was taken. She came back on the line and said “I’m new, and the person who knows the answer is in a room, can you call back after lunch?” Surprised at the lack of manners since SHE is the one unable to help me, the patient, I asked “you don’t want to take my name and number?” She proceeded to sigh very loudly and said very rudely, “wha... read more
