If I could leave a NEGATIVE I would! Frank, Hallie, Hunter and Drew are AMAZING! Lenny should be fired! I’ve had my car in there this year more than I’ve driven it. Check engine light, throwing codes, batteries draining for no reason, my displays shut down while driving etc. This place can’t figure it out but when the service manager tells you he will be with you in 30 minutes and doesn’t show and the service writer calls him and he’s yelling so loud you can hear the conversation and tells her to make me take the vehicle not... read more

Paid for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The tires were not rotated, the air pressure was not checked, wipers not checked(rear rubber was hanging and it was marked green) and fluids were not topped off(radiator fluid 2 inches below min mark). Service advisor Haillie attempted to make it right by rescheduling another appointment. Unfortunately, I lost trust in this service department, I will be going elsewhere.
Okay... so I originally decided to not leave a bad review. I just don't like doing that sort of thing. At this point I feel obligated. A deer hit me October 25, and my insurance put me with this shop. Couple dents, side mirror replacement, windshield replacement, and glass removal. $7,000 charged to my insurance... whatever.
