Paid for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The tires were not rotated, the air pressure was not checked, wipers not checked(rear rubber was hanging and it was marked green) and fluids were not topped off(radiator fluid 2 inches below min mark). Service advisor Haillie attempted to make it right by rescheduling another appointment. Unfortunately, I lost trust in this service department, I will be going elsewhere.
Okay... so I originally decided to not leave a bad review. I just don't like doing that sort of thing. At this point I feel obligated. A deer hit me October 25, and my insurance put me with this shop. Couple dents, side mirror replacement, windshield replacement, and glass removal. $7,000 charged to my insurance... whatever. Avoid Feldman chrysler jeep in woodhaven michigan at all costs, Brought my 2013 dodge dart there for pcm computer replacement,long story short they had my car for 8 weeks or longer & couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, they finally replaced the pcm computer, which didn't fix the problem I advised to try another pcm they said they have to follow their engineer's procedures, so after 8 weeks they finally tried a new 2nd pcm & low & behold the first pcm was bad, then when I finally picked my car up the engine light came... read more
