Have an appointment for 2 months on a recall took the Jeep in they've had it for a week still don't have the parts why did we make an appointment and they say no loaners for recalls that's ridiculous this place has no no management

Sells trash cars. Has had issues since the day of purchase, and have been in service more than 3 times in less than 9 months. horrible customer service. Takes weeks to get a car looked at, and even longer to get it fixed. And has no loaner vehicles available
Their service car repair center is top notch. Great service and follow-up.
