Service done on my Compass for a recall and an oil change/tire rotation/ check-up and was taken care of efficiently, out in under an hour! Can't say enough about Amberlee, at service desk, who made sure I was able to safely get into my vehicle when it was done (I am using a cane and have some difficulty walking right now.) She was very courteous and friendly.
Fast service
The advisor got me in a few minutes early, got my Jeep order written-up, and showed me where I could set-up my work computer so I could take a phone call and be work productive. The service was completed very quickly (for the tasks performed) and I was on my way for the day.
Terrible customer service. Recently brought my car in for two issues, 1 of which was fixed (a recall)and the other they “didn’t know about” when I specifically told the receptionist about it when making the appointment. When scheduling the appointment I made sure to ask if there will be a cost but was told that would be discussed if need be once my car is in, totally understand that part.
