Quickly serviced my car. Removed rear tire, water tested and found leak. Put on my spare and ordered me a replacement tire. Fast smooth and friendly service.
Charlie in the service department and Keith Tackett, the master mechanic, are the heart of that department. Extremely accommodating and very communicative. They both deserve raises
Have a lease, car wouldn’t start on Saturday. Called a tow truck and tried to jump start and still would not turn over. Called this dealership asking if I get it towed there when they could look at it and their response was Friday. I understand only have oil service technicians on the weekend but not being able to look at it until Friday?
Good communication and follow through. Thanks!
