Their used car dept. is horrible! They tried doing a bait and switch with me from a car I saw listed on their internet site. After an hour of waiting to see the original car, they told me it was taken to the auction house; but they would make me this great deal on this other product. I told them I wasn't interested. May 27 went to this dealer to look at a lease that was in the local paper and advertised on the dealer web site I talked to Ryan on the phone who told me he could pre approve me for the car a dart at $99.00 a month since my new foreign car was totaled I thought this sounds good so I ran over to the dealer and Ryan shows me an over price used jeep (the old bait and switch) no lease I can't afford $350 a month with the other car still on my credit report. Took our SUV in for expensive new plugs and fuel induction service they pushed for our 5.7 hemi recently. All of a sudden my gas mileage is ~5mpg less than the day before I brought it in? In addition I question if they changed all my spark plugs since not even the dust on the rear engine coil caps have a single mark or finger print on them, in contrast to the ones more forward which have easily identifiable finger marks and bolt tool marks.
