I should not even give this one star but had no choice. I brought my son's car in on Friday bc the fan would stay on past the engine turning off. Was told that I probably needed a new radiator even though the current one was replaced (by Feldman) 2.5 years ago. Advisor was great at the time - called me to let me know that I could pick the car up and it would be $2300. Picked the car up and drove it home only to find out that NOTHING HAD CHANGED. Friendly, service/sales associate. In and out in about an hour. Kept informed by associate during the time I was waiting.
Very disappointing. Two items for service. $190.00 diagnostic charge for each. Price to repair $ 3500 to repair both. When I received this price and turned it down the employee wanted to negotiate. I wouldn't work with anyone who didn't give me the best price the first time. Went to Cook Automotive and complete both repairs for $1100.
I called Feldman of New Hudson to set up an appointment for a Service engine so light that came on Thursday February 12th. I was informed that they would have the vehicle for a couple of days. Appointment scheduled for 7Am Monday Feb 16th. When I checked in I informed the Advisor that my husband code scanned a (POOFF code) I was informed by the service advisor John that they would need the vehicle for 5 to 6 days. Lack of communication was horrible. No one ever called u back, you just had to keep calling and hope someone answers. Had my vehicle for 6 weeks.
