Very disappointing experience with this service department I brought my truck in for an exhaust manifold repair covered under a Diamond vehicle service contract. The dealership kept my truck for nearly two months. During that time, I was repeatedly told the repair was in progress. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Worked with John Louis, who was amazing! He was so kind and attentive. Even found that there was a recall issue on my Acadia and scheduled out future service to fix under my warranty. I definitely recommend using them for service - especially dealing with John!
