Booking the appointment was easy. And Jordan was extremely efficient in getting through the paperwork end. In addition to informing me of additional services my vehicle was at the mileage to receive, she found a discount code. At the end (not long, all were efficient with their work), she remotely started my vehicle so it was warm when I walked outside on a blustery day. Feldman in South Lyon is closer to my home than the dealership through which I purchased my Equinox, and I will absolutely be returning for future service!
