I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia’s service department today. I scheduled an appointment online on five days before to have an issue with my mirror looked at. I arrived ON TIME for my scheduled appointment, only to be told by the service advisor that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight before they could look at it. My vehicle has been at this shop for almost 4 months as of writing this review!!!!! From the way it sounds I won't be getting it back any time soon either. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! I am beyond frustrated with my experience here and would not recommend them to ANYONE! UPDATE: It is now September 12th, I dropped my vehicle off for repair April 11th. They still have not fixed my car 154 days later.
9/11/2026 Here to get a routine oil change only to be told there is an active recall on my trax for the backup camera. I said oh nice I was never notified. I was told I have to schedule an appointment bc it will take 5 hrs to do I said thats fine . They have my correct email and address and I have the app. Was told nothing. Andrew my advisor at the time says he dont know why I wasnt notified. If I never had a oil change I would've never known about the recall.
