Excellent service! The staff makes a point of treating customers with a high degree of customer service, follow-up, and follow-through.
Their service department is very unethical and tried to take advantage of my wife. They tried to upsell my wife services that weren't needed. She was told that "They" recommended the service. I then asked who "they" were. I was told that it was GM. When I showed him that GM absolutely does NOT recommend that service, I was told that the information I had was old and that they do recommend it. Communication was terrible AND vehicle came back scratched…. First, the communication was terrible. Called and was told it would be 1-2 days before the car would be looked at; we called on the 3rd day for an update and was told it was the next car on the list. They did call after looking at it and said they think they know what the problem was and wanted to run more tests.
