Scheduling, Check in, service and pick all went very well. I scheduled an oil change, they also did two software updates to address two recalls.
My experience was a joke. I dropped off my 2025 Silverado because of an oil leak. I was told the oil filter was leaking and charged $84 for an oil change. 1 day later and it’s still leaking oil.
They were clear on what services needed to be done and how much it would cost. They explained everything accordingly
My recent service at Feldman was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
