What a SCAM, I always have the chevy dealer work on my truck. The previous dealer stripped out a clamp on my air box. I got a service bill from these guys one for $1200 the other for almost $500. They wanted to swap out parts it didn't need on a warranty they sold me but couldn't get warranty work done since the previous owner modified the intake air lol STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAMMING SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Upon entering Feldman Livonia, I was greeted with a smile and immediate attention to my entrance. Both the reception area and sale personals were friendly and kind.
BEWARE OF SCAM WARRANTY I was sold a warranty by their sister company "same owner" but sent my truck here for repair. The warranty is a huge scam. If the previous owner makes modifications to the vehicle it voids that part " even if you bought the truck that way from the dealer". So many issues with this truck. Not sure what happened to chevy but I will cut my losses with this truck and purchase a ford.
drove 2 1/2 hours from Grand Rapids Michigan to see a car salesman said was a nice car. It was a 19 blazer aftermarket rims with bald tires smell inside. It was just unbelievable. I can’t believe any GM dealer would have a tire like that on your lot and if you ever happen to go there, the man named Sam can’t be trusted.
