Gary was my service guy. Very friendly and service was fast
I’ve leased two cars and purchased one through this dealership, do all my repairs and maintenance here. Came in for a quote and possible repair was quoted 3x as much as a local independent shop. Ask for a breakdown of cost and why the repair cost was so much higher. Never received an inventory of parts and labor cost and why the major cost difference. Bad way to treat a long time customer. Over charging for a simple repair to gain a few hundred dollars ends up costing this dealership all my future business.
Great service from start to finish. I appreciate the explanation of services and recommendations. I decided to wait while my vehicle was service and it was not long.
