My first time bringing a car into a dealership for repairs and of course I have to have the worst experience. Avoid this place and go to another location or service your car elsewhere. Honestly the best experience I could ask for. My service tech kept me In the loop, there’s was no dramas or unexpected costs. Very professional
The lack of thorough communication is what has killed my experience here. I took my vehicle in for service on Thursday, and did not receive any diagnosis on the vehicle until the following Tuesday. The only way that I have been able to get updates is by being persistent with communicating through text and phone calls. Rating would be much higher if service advisors were better at updating on service of vehicle instead of needing to be nudged for short responses.
