Inspection was done in 2011. In 2017 I discovered polybutelenepipes. They should have found that in the inspection.But they did not because they did not bother to go into the attice. I can not get insurance because of these pipes and I have to disclose these pipes when I sell which means I will not be able to sell. I had a leak in the attic and am going to spend about $15,000 for the repipe job. They were negligent by not going in attic.

Feldman Building Inspections has always provided excellent customer service to my buyers. They're experienced, efficient and ethical.
