Joe has no idea what he doing. He put down prices of things that needed to be repaired and that he had no skills or training in and assessed a problem in the attic and appliances that did not exist. When we got the report back we couldn’t understand what he did because it made no sense. When he can operate operate an appliance he writes on the report that it was not working properly. Stay away from this business and we will definitely NOT recommend this business at all. He is a big disappointment.
FIVE STAR PLUS FOR THIS COMPANY. THE INSPECTOR BRIAN B. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, POLITE, AND VERY MUCH AT THE TOP OF HIS PROFESSION! UNCOVERED ALL THE HIDDEN PROBLEMS IN CONDO APARTMENT AS WELL AS THE OBVIOUS ONES. WELL WORTH THE COST!! THIS COMPANY PREVENTED US FROM OVERPAYING!! THANKS
