I had a terrible experience with Dr. Felder. He lasered my lower lids which consdequently pulled them down. He failed to consider that my lid skin was already tight and tightening the lids further would pull my lid down. I now have ectropian which he could not correct. In addition, the laser burned my lids which left me with reddened and swollen skin for 2 years. He could not explain it but sent me to another doctor to try to repair it.
