I would give a 0 star review if I could. Windows are great HOWEVER the rest is an awful nightmare. The sales guy said carpentry work would be done, and it wasnt done. Whatever the excuse was they DID NOT refund the money that it would have cost to get it done from another company... AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT DO IT THEMSELVES. So they wouldnt do it, nor would they refund the amount it would cost to get it done... Shady.
