I have generally had excellent experiences at Dr. Felber's office, but today’s visit was an exception. The tension surrounding my decision to forgo an additional test made me feel uncomfortable. I was disappointed by the judgmental tone regarding my choice to manage costs during this visit. I hope others don't experience the same feeling. Be thoughtful when addressing others, you don't know what road they are walking today.
Dr. Felber and his staff are top notch!! Always on top of things and very helpful. It's nice to have an eye dr and staff that care and look out for you!!
Dr Felber is an excellent doctor and his staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. My issue is the time frame for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment because of issues seeing with my glasses. The first appointment was 2 months out. I again explained that I was having issues seeing and was told that was the best they could do. This does not sit well. I think it’s time to find a new eye doctor.

First, let me say I love the office staff. The girls are amazing. Dr. Felber is professional and knowledgeable. I am not happy with my recent experience though. I spent approximately $350 on glasses, with my insurance, which is very good insurance. Within weeks my frames broke in the middle. I had to pay a $25 replacement fee, which was fine.
