Great first experience today. I had a chipped tooth and was referred by a friend. I called and got a quick appointment. I was also impressed with how quickly the doc came to see me, he explained everything in detail, chose the best option for me and offered to do the treatment same day. I walked out in about an hour start to finish with insurance covering most of the bill. If you want to be treated right and by someone that knows your time is equally valuable, go see him! You won't be sorry.
Visited this dentist for regular appointments for the year I lived in Springfield. Everyone in the office was always super friendly, prompt, and professional and I always felt taken care of.
This was my first visit. Dr. Bowen was very friendly and professional in his assessment! He gave good pointers going forward. My hygienist, Ashley, was outstanding! She was personable and very good to explain every procedure she performed. The front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful!The best experience I've had! A wonderful experience with Dr. Bowen and his whole staff!
