When Dr.Chu left they gave me Matthews or Matterson whatever his name is he missed three appointments back to back and the nurses failed to tell me and other patients that this Doctor was doing rounds at hospital and when we sat four over two hours in examine rooms they laughed and got rude with me and the other patients then the doctor called apologized still missed three appointments in a row that he scheduled place and staff just rude and annoying not dependable at all
The doctors are wonderful and the staff very kind. I have survived 5 years so far after having stage 4 diffuse large b cell lymphoma with a secondary met in the bone that was fast growing. Still go there for bone biologic treatments 2 x a year and check ups .
Feist Weiler does not follow directions and because of that I now have to suffer the consequences of their lack of listening.
My experience when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer was good all doctors seem to care. After the surgery not so much. I go to Doctors for my check ups and he looks at me and tell me I look good that is not what a cancer patient want to hear, my blood lab panels keep showing abnormal and they won't tell me why. I had my first cancer diagnosis in 2021 and I shouldn't still be getting abnormal blood test. I see Dr. Burton, have been told he was goid but now I'm beginning to question that.
