Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? No Are you going to visit this provider again? Maybe Was the noise level reasonable in this provider's office? Peaceful
Dr. Feinstein was my doctor when I moved away from Ithaca seven years ago. He practices in his home, and his office is comfortable. He's a wonderful person, and a caring doctor, and I hope to be his patient again when I move back there this summer.
I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. He has never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. He has been able to help me quite a bit. He really made an effort to get to know me. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
