I found Dr Feinstein rushed my appointment and was not very personable, condescending and impatient. I had paid for a full eye exam so I’d expect more than a few minutes . I would not return or recommend this place to others there are far nicer more patient and well trained optometrists in the area.
Called 6:57 asked if they had a doctor in she said of course. I said I have a small piece of metal in my eye she said we’re finished for the day, rushed me off the phone.
After our previous eye doctor retired we found Dr Feinstein in our neighborhood. He and his staff were professional and courteous. Others have remarked that they felt rushed and dismissed, but I found that he runs an efficient office. He explains his findings fully and is receptive to questions. I appreciated that he didn't waste my time as we all have busy schedules. Would recommend highly.
