Very frustrating to not be informed workers were going in the rental we were still paying full rent and utilities for so that we complied with lease. My attorney said feichter should have transferred the utilities to their name if they were sending workers in and using our utilities. Realtor said workers were getting it ready so she could rent it sooner and reimburse us more. Each time we checked the house, workers had done something else… all the way up until lease ended and it was not rented out early. Kind of hard to rent... read more
