FEI charged me for time when they didn't have the tools to do the job, and the inspector didn't understand the test they were performing. When I tried to explain it to them, Daniel told me he didn't have time to listen to me, told me FEI wouldn't be doing business with us in the future, and then hung up on me. Do not go to FEI and expect them to have any kind of accountability.

Dealing with FEI was a pleasure. First time builder here. Danny helped me understand the process and took time to explain steps involved for their part in the process. His staff and employees did a great job explaining process and answering all my questions and concerns. The inspector Gary was very professional and friendly. Great experience
