John's office staff is always courteous and very professional. He has had the same people working with him for years! John is a great dentist!
The requests for appointment confirmation is overdone. A reminder is ok, but having to reply to an email for confirmation and then phone calls for confirmation is not necessary. Perhaps I should not have asked for email from Dr. Cherry.
Dr. Cherry and the entire team of caring professionals are exceptional in every way. My wife and I drive 250+ miles round trip to our dentist visits. The spirit of "excellence with love" that permeates the office is more than worth the drive! God Bless You, Dr. Cherry & team! You guys rock!
Dr. cherry and his terric staff have been amazing. I had an extremely strong "Dental anxiety" and needed major Dental work done. I entered the office with extreme trepidation. Dr. cherry spent a lot of time explaining my options and giving me personal attention. His staff is extremely thoughtful and personable and helps to create a very relaxing environment. If you're like me and have an extreme fear of going to the dentist , I highly recommend visiting Dr.cherry.
I arrived a few minutes early for a 7:30 appointment. The staff was chatting and I had call to their attention that I had arrived and there was continued chit chat for another 10 minutes before I was called back. (almost 10 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time) I make early morning appointments before I am on a tight schedule and feel like my time was less important than the staff's social time. The doctor and the dental hygienist (Judy) were both so competent, informative, and warm. Truly the best dental or medical visit of any kind that I've ever had. Hands down. :)
Your staff has always been outstanding. I appreciate the time and courtesy in our rushed days. Work always done well and efficiently.Not sure how long it has been since you became a dentist but at least 37 years of friendship. Always a joy!
Being a person who refuses to floss I depend on the staff to keep track of me and help me have good dental health in spite of myself.I primarily see Mary for Dental Hygiene but everyone there is friendly and competent. Would highly recommend them.(and have)
