Poor customer service. I’ll give my money to another company that values there customers
Customer service is terrible, the lady on the phone was snippy and had an attitude. I ordered oil on a Wednesday and got told I'd be delivered Friday at any point during the day. The driver needed to inspect the tank so I needed to be present for the delivery. I took off of work for Friday and waited all day long just for them to never show up. Then on Saturday while I'm at work, they call asking where I'm at. Took a day off for nothing, will be going someplace else
The lady from customer service is very rude.
