I placed a phone call to their office less the 23 hours ago. I was told that they should be able to deliver in the next couple of days. Preparing to run out, I woke up to a receipt in my mailbox this morning. What a sigh of relief with the nightly temperatures dipping down to under 10° in the coming days. This company is good, and not going to lose my business.
Agree with the theme of these comments that the service is rude. Oil is oil, so the only differentiator they have is service. I have several properties in the area and I won't use Fegley's for any of them because they are disrespectful and rude. Like I'm bothering them for paying them for their service. Don't recommend.
Fast and friendly service. They went out of their way to take care of me even though I waited until the last minute to order. Always reasonable price. Love the 10 cent off Tuesdays special.
This company has the rudest, most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced.
Almost out of propane delivery a no show or did not call me. Very rude receptionist. After 20 years with this company they say they can’t find my account in their system. Talk about incompetence. I would rate a zero if I could.
